1. Valid for purchases made from January 1, 2024, to January 31, 2024, only (the receipt date should not exceed January 31, 2024) with proof of purchase.
2. The Money-Back Guarantee program is valid for a period of 14 days from the receipt date.
3. Limited to a maximum of 1 unit of Farm Fresh Grow Powder per customer per receipt.
4. Contact our Farm Fresh Customer Service at +60168093326 via WhatsApp to claim a refund.
5. Customers must provide complete information and assist our customer service team in obtaining full details before a refund is processed. Customers are required to present the receipt as evidence, which should be retained after the refund is made.
6. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after providing complete information.
7. Farm Fresh reserves the right to modify the terms or terminate the money-back guarantee at any time, with or without notice.

Terma & Syarat:

1. Hanya sah untuk pembelian bermula 1 Januari 2024 hingga 31 Januari 2024 sahaja (tarikh akhir pada resit ialah 31 Januari 2024) dengan bukti resit.
2. Program Jaminan Wang Dikembalikan hanya sah untuk tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh resit.
3. Terhad untuk maksimum 1 unit produk Farm Fresh Grow Powder untuk 1 pelanggan dalam 1 resit.
4. Whatsapp kami di Talian Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Farm Fresh di +60168093326 untuk menuntut pemulangan wang.
5. Pelanggan perlu memberi maklumat yang lengkap dan membantu pihak perkhidmatan pelanggan kami untuk mendapatkan info penuh sebelum pemulangan wang dan perlu menunjukkan bukti resit yang telah dipotong selepas pemulangan wang dibuat.
6. Pemulangan wang akan diberikan dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja selepas info lengkap diberi.
7. Pihak Farm Fresh berhak untuk mengubah suai terma atau menamatkan jaminan wang dikembalikan pada bila-bila masa, dengan atau tanpa notis.
